ConnectWise Enhances Innovation, Partner Experience with Additions to Leadership Team

The ConnectWise executive team has two new additions. Todd Hale is now chief information officer, and Ciaran Chu will serve as general manager, ConnectWise Control, to drive innovation and boost partner experience.

Hale is a technology executive with experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives and building high-performing teams, the company said. He will be responsible for data services, business applications and systems, IT enterprise architecture, business transformation and more. Before ConnectWise, Hale came from the ODP Corp. (Office Depot), where he was executive vice president and global CIO. Also, he led a modernization of the multibillion-dollar company’s global technology infrastructure and processes. In addition, he served on the IT leadership team for Eckerd Corp. During his time at Eckerd, he led the development of the company’s supply chain, merchandising and analytical capabilities.

Chu is an executive with experience in product leadership, digital transformation and revenue growth, the company said. He will be responsible for the Innovation Business Unit focusing on ConnectWise Control. Meanwhile, Chu’s appointment bridges the four new ConnectWise Innovation Business Units with engineering and product management teams. Chu joins ConnectWise from ACI Worldwide, a billion-dollar payment software company. During his time there, he led global business units. Subsequently, Chu served the transformational needs of some of the world’s largest banks and fastest growing fintech companies. Moreover, he delivered triple-digit revenue growth, launching and scaling a new SaaS business and owning ACI’s cloud transformation. Also, Chu spent eight years at Barclays across both its consumer and merchant businesses leading product teams to deliver innovation including the rollout of in-app payments.
