The company also announced a partnership with ConnectWise, which provides automation, remote monitoring and management platforms for MSPs. Druva said its partners will gain expanded support through Druva’s membership in ConnectWise’s vendor integration program. MSPs can now streamline their Druva portals with ConnectWise customer accounts.
“As more companies want to build out the range of services that they provide to their clients, ease of management will be essential to help them scale out their processes and keep pace with demand,”Amirkhan said. “Adding automation and integration to data recovery and information management services ensures a simple, manageable approach is in place for MSPs to use. This partnership with ConnectWise will help our joint customers serve their clients more effectively and more profitably over time.”
