EarthLink Hires Former XO RVP as Channel Sales Director
Paul Keefe, a former regional vice president of sales for XO Communications, has joined EarthLink as Northeast director of channel sales.

EarthLink Inc. announced Friday that Paul Keefe, a former regional vice president of sales for XO Communications Inc., has joined the company as Northeast director of channel sales.
At XO, Keefe most recently was responsible for the East Region direct and indirect sales teams in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, DC, Charlotte, Atlanta, Tampa and Miami. Prior to that he had served as XO’s vice president of business operations and vice president of strategic marketing and loyalty. Earlier in his career, he held roles with increasing leadership responsibility at Teleport Communications Group, later acquired by AT&T, BI Performance Systems and Northern Telecom.
In his new role, Keefe is responsible for growth, management and leadership of EarthLinks channel partner program in the Northeast region from offices in based in Ashburn, Va.. This includes promoting the training and growth of EarthLink channel partners in the Northeast, particularly focused on increasing partner adoption of EarthLinks growing IT services portfolio.

Cook, EarthLink vice president of channel sales. “Paul has a proven track record managing both internal and external relationships and will position EarthLink to further capitalize on those valued partnerships.”
EarthLink offers IT services and communications to more than 150,000 businesses and one million consumers nationwide. EarthLink offers managed services including cloud computing, managed and private cloud, and virtualization services such as managed hosting and cloud workspace. EarthLink also offers IT security, application hosting, colocation and IT support services. The company operates a network spanning 29,421 route fiber miles with 90 metro fiber rings and 8 secure data centers.
