Endeavor Names New President, COO

Endeavor Telecom, a provider of private-label professional services, announced Friday that Andrew M. Schroer has been promoted to be the company’s president and COO. Justin R. McLain, who has been president of the company since 2002, will remain Endeavor’s CEO.

Schroer previously was vice president of strategic accounts. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s operations management and will continue leading Endeavor’s account management team, focusing on developing relationships with new and existing customers, and also driving other company sales and marketing efforts.

Andrew began with Endeavor’s former parent company, SSI, in 2000, where he served initially as a project manager and then in an account executive role. When SSI seeded Endeavor in 2002, he served as a director, overseeing sales and major accounts. Then, in June 2007, he was promoted to vice president of strategic accounts. Prior to SSI, Andrew worked in international business development for the telecommunications and instrumentation division of Shin-Etsu Polymer Corp., one of the world’s leading manufacturers of electronics components. Andrew also holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Endeavor offers private-label wholesale professional services, including field services, order fulfillment logistics, and tier one and two operations and technical support. Endeavor’s field organization consists of more than 9,000 certified technicians throughout North America, including the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
