Former Cincinnati Bell Head Joins Spectrum Board

Spectrum Inc., a national telecommunications expense management (TEM) company, has announced the appointment of John J. “Jack” Mueller to its board of directors. The appointment was effective April 1.

Mueller brings more than 30 years of telecommunications industry experience to Spectrum’s board. He has held executive leadership positions at Cincinnati Bell (CBB), Valor Communications Group, Connexion Technologies and Timmaron Capital Advisors. Mueller currently sits on the board of directors at Centennial Communications and Apex CoVantage, and is a previous director of the United States Telecom Association, Idearc Media and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Mueller also provides executive coaching services to several SMB clients.

“I am excited to join the Spectrum board,” said Mueller. “I have known the McCracken brothers for several years, and am very impressed with what they have been able to accomplish at Spectrum. It is my hope that my experience in strategic mentoring and executive coaching will help their leadership team continue to drive growth for both their company and their customers.”
