Value-added distributor Jenne Inc. said this week it has hired a new Avaya onboarding specialist.

Chip Fincher replaces Deb Forney, Jenne’s first-ever Avaya onboarding specialist, who has moved to Australia. Forney now will oversee Jennes recruiting, onboarding and enablement activities for Avaya VARs targeting small and medium enterprises.

Fincher holds more than a decade of sales and buying experience, including nine years of working with channel accounts. Prior to joining Jenne, Fincher worked for Avaya for seven years as a business development manager, where he created and managed the Avaya Global Recruitment & Enablement plan for the company’s VARs and other partners.

Chip has the sales and channel experience with Avaya solutions that will make him successful as our new Avaya Onboarding Specialist,” said Dean Jenne, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Jenne.
