A channel marketing veteran, Wiley will lead the MSP’s revenue marketing strategy.
NetFortris’ Raquel Wiley
NetFortris, a managed cloud communication solutions and network services provider, has named Raquel Wiley as vice president of marketing.
Wiley brings more than 25 years of telecom sales and marketing experience to NetFortris. She will be responsible for leading direct and indirect channel marketing programs and initiatives. Wiley will develop strategic marketing plans to attract and nurture business customers and channel sales partners to adopt NetFortris’ solutions.
Wiley joins NetFortris after more than eight years as senior channel marketing manager for TPx. She was responsible for the strategic planning and management of the TPx channel partner program, which drives half the company’s revenue. Previously, she was an associate director of business marketing for AT&T. She provided end-to-end marketing management for the West Region small and medium business (SMB) sales organization.

She currently serves as chair of ACW’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Wiley is also a founding member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Board for Channel Futures.
A Driving Force for Change
“I’m truly exited about my new career venture for more reasons than one,” Wiley told Channel Futures. “It’s exciting to have a sophisticated, savvy and forward-thinking organization like NetFortris entrust me with the leadership of its revenue-based marketing across the entire enterprise. I’m looking forward to collaborating with my team to take us to new heights while enjoying the journey along the way.”
“I have a new employer, new role, new responsibilities and a new team,” she said. “But, what doesn’t change is my supercharged passion and commitment to being the change I want to see and experience in our society as it relates to DE&I. I’m elated that this new venture will provide me with opportunities to develop new partnerships and gain new allies and advocates within the industry. They’re going to aid in driving the change that is so needed.”
“I’ve said this before, and I believe it resonates now more than ever: Look out channel. Gone are the days of ‘Change is coming.’ Change is here today.”
“Raquel is an industry leader, a results-oriented technology marketer and a welcomed addition to the NetFortris leadership team,” said Jamie Minner, chief revenue officer at NetFortris. “Her extensive experience in both sales and marketing will ensure that our marketing and sales departments work in lock-step to grow demand for our end-to-end managed services solutions.”
