Plantronics Hires Cisco Channel Marketing Expert

Erna Arnesen will take over global channel and partner marketing at the gear-maker.

Plantronics, which makes headsets, Bluetooth devices and other accessories, has hired Erna Arnesen as its vice president of global channel and partner marketing. 

Arnesen will create tools and programs such as customized marketing campaigns.

The ecosystem we build with our channel and alliance partners is going to be critical as the company expands its footprint in enterprise and SMB environments through broader deployment of unified communication solutions,” Arnesen said.

Arnesen comes to Plantronics from Cisco, where her latest role was vice president of global and strategic partners for Cisco Services. At one point, she also led Cisco’s worldwide global services channels organization. Arnesen also did channel marketing work for Symantec, among other companies.
