Andrew Sage has taken on a new position within Cisco.

The former vice president for worldwide Partner Led now is vice president, Americas distribution.

Sage succeeds Julie Hens, who last week was named vice president of worldwide distribution within Cisco’s partner channel. Now, Sage will oversee all sales, marketing and operations for the Americas distribution channel, which Cisco said in a Friday blog post represents more than $6.3 billion in revenue.

Sage built the Partner Led team that created a new go-to-market model within Cisco two years ago. He has worked for Cisco for 14 years. His other previous titles include vice president of worldwide small business sales and vice president of worldwide channels marketing.

Cisco has not yet named a replacement for Sage.
