As ScanSource CIO, Hayden will lead the planning, implementation and execution of the company’s global IT strategy. She has more than 25 years of IT experience with an emphasis on business transformation and strategy.

Hayden joins ScanSource from candy company Just Born. There, she served as the company’s CIO with direct responsibility for corporate and IT strategic planning, operations and security.

Her previous channel experience was with Fujitsu America. There, she was associate director of project management.

Here’s our list of channel people on the move in May.

Hayden’s experience spans a variety of IT roles and industries, including consumer goods, manufacturing, finance and professional services.

And Rachel brings the depth of experience we need. She will be instrumental in leading our very talented team of IT and software development professionals, while also bringing valuable insight for future business growth and new technology opportunities. Rachel’s experience with SAP, CRM, global systems implementation, business transformation, and recurring revenue makes her a great fit to help advance ScanSource’s strategic plan.”
