ScanSource Promotes Four Execs
The management changes come on the heels of a recent restructure.

On the heels of its recent worldwide management changes, distributor ScanSource on Monday announced additional appointments.
Christy Thompson has been named vice president of worldwide marketing. She joined the company in 2005 and holds more than 16 years’ experience in marketing roles.
Len Parramore now serves as vice president and controller of ScanSource’s worldwide barcode and security division. Parramore was promoted from the job of controller of North American operations.
Tim Ramsey is vice president and controller, worldwide communications and services. He previously was vice president of worldwide reseller financial services.
David Hertwig takes Ramsey’s former title. He has worked for ScanSource for 15 years, most recently as vice president of sales in the POS and barcode unit.
Our goal is to continue to strengthen our services and support on a worldwide basis as we expand and grow in the United States and internationally,” said Buck Baker, president of ScanSource Worldwide Barcode and Security, in a prepared statement.
