Software AG's Laura McCluerSoftware AG, the Germany-based IoT and analytics company focused on a variety of industry verticals, has named Laura McCluer its new vice president of alliances and channels.

Effective immediately, McCluer will manage and execute Software AG’s channel and partner initiatives and strategies in North America. She will focus on strengthening and expanding the company’s footprint across the region.

Prior to joining Software AG, McCluer was Ancile’s director of global partnerships and alliances.

McCluer has more than 20 years of experience leading business development, strategic-alliance and partner-channel management at software and technology companies, including Ancile, CA Technologies and Novell, where she grew partner ecosystems and developed strategic partnerships with the likes of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, IBM, HP, Dell, EMC, Intel, Oracle and Cisco.{ad}
