TBI Announces Lengthy List of New Promotions
Multiple employees got the nod for senior vice president positions.
TBI has new faces on its leadership team. The Chicago-based master agent just announced six promotions it completed in the last few months.
TBI’s Mike Onystok
Mike Onystok has jumped from vice president of sales, marketing and training to senior vice president of operations. He oversees TBI’s strategy and will develop partner and vendor programs. He earned his last promotion from national channel sales director in 2016.
TBI’s Adam Knudsen
Adam Knudsen, former senior director of operations, is now vice president of sales operations. Knudsen previously managed a team of 50-plus employees dedicated to customer satisfaction and retention.

Vice president of finance Pete Shah is now senior vice president of finance. He joins Onystok working just one level below TBI president Geoffrey Shepstone.
Director of human resources Vanessa Patsavas earned a promotion to senior director of human resources.
Bryan Reynolds, who was serving as director of post-sales, now directs sales operations for the company. Reynolds spoke at multiple industry events last year about selling to the new generation of technology buyers. He has warned channel partners about overlooking or dismissing millennial workers and purchasers.

TBI’s Bryan Reynolds
“The generation that is coming into the channel is more adept at adopting and embracing newer technology. Because of this, they’re able to identify with the industry a bit more closely and organically grow within it,” he told Channel Partners in a Q&A last year. “That’s not to say there isn’t space for those who have a lot of experience, but the younger generation will most certainly overtake the channel very soon, both as sellers and consumers.”
Seth Woodward is now senior manager of business development managing vendor business. He has worked with TBI since 2016.
TBI recently received major honors from the AT&T Alliance Channel.
