Video managed services provider Yorktel on Wednesday said Greg Douglas now is executive vice president of sales.

Douglas was promoted from his previous role as senior vice president of business development and channel partners. He assumed that title in 2013 after two years away from the company; from 2004-2011, Douglas served as senior vice president of operations, during which time he oversaw the deployment of Yorktel’s first managed service for immersive telepresence systems.

Now, as a top leader at Yorktel, Douglas will continue to help the provider make inroads among Fortune 500 and government enterprises worldwide.

“Greg Douglas has proven his ability to drive business development and sales and we are elated to have him in this position,” Yorktel CEO Ron Gaboury said in a prepared statement.

Before Yorktel, Douglas spent 24 years at AT&T.
