AppNeta, N-able by Solarwinds Bring APM Partner Program to MSPs
AppNeta is rolling out a new partner program for in an attempt to fully bring application performance management to MSPs through a new alliance.
AppNeta is rolling out a new partner program for managed services providers (MSPs), with the hopes of satifying the demands of its alliance partners.
The Boston-based application performance management (APM) technology company on Monday announced its APM Partner Program, a channel-focused program that leverages its partnership with IT management software and network tools provider SolarWinds (SWI), the parent company of N-able Technologies.
The alliance between AppNeta and N-able by SolarWinds will focus on co-marketing their complementary solutions (N-able’s N-central RMM product and AppNeta’s full stack application performance monitoring solutions).
The APM Partner Program, which targets software as a service (SaaS) providers and technology service providers, will include the complete AppNeta Application Performance Management suite and offers two go-to-market options, AppNeta said.
AppNeta CEO Jim Melvin said the new program was in response to the need of the company’s alliance partners.
“As resellers for each other’s products, AppNeta and N-able are offering the most comprehensive, multi-layered set of network and application performance monitoring solutions to our respective customers,” he said.
Solarwinds made an investment of an undisclosed amount in AppNeta in November 2013.
At the time of the investment, a SolarWinds spokesperson told MSPmentor that the company is “looking at all of SolarWinds’ customer segments as potential beneficiaries of the new and unique technologies that AppNeta brings to this partnership.”
