The East Greenbush, New York-based professional services automation (PSA) platform provider has announced a day-long Smart IT Summit that will be held at The Maslow Hotel in Sandton on Sept. 15.

IT service providers are expected to take part in educational, business-building sessions at the event, Autotask said. In addition, Autotask noted that its customers and executives will share industry insights.

“This event is intended to provide our growing base of customers with the best practices, tools and insights they need to succeed,” Kobus Du Rand, Autotask’s territory manager for Africa and the Middle East, said in a prepared statement.

The event agenda includes:

An Autotask spokesperson told MSPmentor that the South Africa Smart IT Summit will be similar to the London training day the company held last month.
