Are you ready for the start of the managed service provider fall conference season? Well, ready or not, here it comes, kicking off with LogicNow/MAXfocus’s event next month. Here are the details.
LogicNow customers, IT service providers and MSPs can officially register for this year’s MAX 2015 U.S. user conference, which will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center just outside of Washington, D.C. on Sept. 9-11.
This year marks the fifth annual conference hosted by the cloud-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform provider. LogicNow said this year’s program will focus on growth and innovation, specifically with sessions detailing how MSPs can provide customers with new offerings and stay competitive amidst changing market conditions.
Featured speakers include Paul Dippell, CEO of Service Leadership; Ryan Morris, principal consultant for Morris Management Partners; and Mike Kronenberg, chief technology officer for LogicNow. The full list of speakers and corresponding breakout sessions is also available here.
“Our user conferences are a key part of our customer engagement approach,” said Alistair Forbes, general manager of LogicNow, in a statement. “The content program that we will deliver is heavily focused on helping our customers to grow their businesses and ensure that they are achieving best-in-class performance in their managed services practices. The product roadmap that we will share with the conference attendees is the most customer-aligned we have ever delivered and we look forward to presenting it to our leading partners.”
Attendees can register online for this year’s show, which includes access to all conference sessions, meals and social events, according to the announcement.
Last year LogicNow held its 4th annual MAX customer conference in Orlando, prior to the company’s corporate restructure from GFI Max.
