Remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform provider Continuum has moved its 24/7 network operations center (NOC) to a larger facility in Mumbai, India in an effort to expand operations. The move has enabled the company to hire additional technicians with a broader range of certifications. In addition the facility offers a high-performance infrastructure that the company says will improve communication quality and technical capabilities, streamline workflow and increase Internet capacity and security.

Continuum CEO Michael George said in his prepared remarks that the expansion of the company’s NOC demonstrates a continuing commitment to helping managed services providers (MSPs) analyse how to generate greater profits.

“These are pivotal times for anyone in the managed services business, and our extensive NOC build out ensures MSPs can quickly realize exceptional returns – overnight,” he said.

Continuum said the larger facility lowers labor costs and increases support services for MSP partners, driving improvements in operational efficiency.

“Our model enables partners to double their business without adding staff by leveraging the built-in efficiencies of our integrated software and services delivery platform. This enables them to grow revenue while decreasing overall costs required to deliver managed services,” George added.

Continuum recently announced an update to its cloud and managed services strategy at Autotask Community Live this past month.

More details on the company’s partner program can be found on the Continuum website.
