Cloud backup and data protection services provider VaultLogix has integrated its technology with Continuum's  RMM solution. The result? VaultLogix customers can monitor the VaultLogix Advantage Cloud Backup and Recovery service via Continuum's RMM. Here are the details.

The company said the integration enables MSP partners to deploy the Continuum monitoring agent and the VaultLogix Advantage backup client software at customer sites. The monitoring agent automatically generates backup status alerts for MSPs remotely and combines an RMM software solution with a 24x7x365 network operations center (NOC) to deliver a single unified managed services experience.

According to the company, VaultLogix provides the following features:

  • Automated backup solutions that move data to an offsite data center for file restoration;

  • Secure online transfer of fully encrypted and compressed data;

  • Data recovery as part of business continuity plans; and

  • 24 x 7 live customer support.

"The VaultLogix/Continuum integration allows our mutual MSP partners to take advantage of a powerful platform to streamline management of their clients’ cloud backups while simultaneously monitoring additional network endpoints through a single, web-based dashboard," said VaultLogix Business Development Vice President Zak Karsan in a prepared statement.
