Fluke Networks Inks Distribution Deal with Ingram Micro

Fluke Networks is looking to push its network monitoring and analysis solutions deeper into the channel through Ingram Micro. With the ink still drying, Ingram Micro will serve as Fluke’s preferred master distribution partner in the United States for the entire Fluke Networks portfolio. Read on for the details …

Fluke Networks‘ EtherScope, Network Assistant, DTX CableAnalyzer, OptiView Network Analyzer, as well as AirMagnet and Visual Network Systems suites, are available under the new expanded distribution relationship. In addition, Fluke Networks will be providing resellers with registration programs and dedicated support through Ingram Micro.

The new partnership is coming out of a 10-year string of success working with Ingram Micro’s Advanced Technologies Division, according to the company.

Ingram Micro now will also offer Fluke Networks’ Reseller Registration Program, which — like most programs — is designed to provide discounts, rewards and other incentives for new customers and opportunities. Ingram Micro will also be demonstrating products for end users to help close business deals.

Fluke Networks regards the enhanced relationship with Ingram as the natural next step, with Ingram able to align with other vendor partners to expand the Fluke’s reseller community in 2011. The company also is hopeful that the new deal with Ingram will lead to better reseller support both in pre- and post-sales.
