Private VoIP cloud and integrated contact center application provider LiveVox is formalizing its dealings with its channel partners with the launch of the LiveVox Channel Partner Program, designed to help telecom agents, network consultants and all other partners increase their revenue and maximize their business value. To join the program, qualified partners must prove a consistent record of telecom, network or application success within the call center space.

LiveVox Chief Marketing Officer John McNamara said more and more call centers are adopting LiveVox’s cloud deployment model of its integrated contact center applications, and the formalized program gives LiveVox partners the opportunity to create new revenue streams and add value to their customers’ solutions. “I think channel partners will be excited about our bundled and unbundled offerings,” McNamara said in a statement announcing the program.”Because we interoperate with all major carriers, we provide a great new offering for the channel.”

According to LiveVox, its technology delivers fast transfers to and between contact centers, which reduces the number of dropped calls. The company also uses a multi-carrier IP/MPLS network to deliver multi-tenant cloud contact center applications, a feature LiveVox co-founder and CEO Louis Summe credits for the increased demand for LiveVox solutions. “Cloud deployment is a driving trend in technology, including within the contact center,” he said. The IP/MPLS network is relatively new for LiveVox — the company eliminated its dependence on IP/PBX in June 2011 when it began delivering cloud-based switching for multi-site contact centers.
