SuperOps.ai, the provider of innovative MSP software solutions, has raised $12.4 million in funding, bringing total funds raised to date to $29.4 million.

Addition and March Capital led the funding round with participation from Matrix Partners. SuperOps.ai is a unified platform that the company says helps transform MSPs into effective and profitable businesses. It enables MSPs to move away from fragmented tools by bringing together the capabilities of remote monitoring and management (RMM) of client assets with professional services automation functionalities including service desk, cash flow management, reporting, client management and more.

With the proceeds of the funding, SuperOps.ai plans to increase its investments in further enhancing its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. SuperOps.ai’s AI framework is advancing into a predictive intelligence layer that will not only help MSPs improve their efficiency, but also move from solving client issues to preempting them, thus saving technician time and improving the quality of support, the company said.

Over the last 12 months, SuperOps.ai’s customer base has increased 300%.

In addition, SuperOps.ai has launched advanced network monitoring capabilities as part of the unified platform to further expand its offering to MSPs. Now, MSPs will be able to include network monitoring as a service without having to onboard yet another tool.

“The IT support landscape has been evolving rapidly and MSPs need to keep up to navigate this fast-changing world,” said Arvind Parthiban, SuperOps.ai‘s co-founder and CEO. “Traditionally, MSPs relied on a mix of tools that resulted in high costs, and lack of visibility and efficiency. Now with SuperOps.ai, they can move from outdated point products to a unified platform that is built specifically with their needs in mind. I am excited about the launch of advanced network monitoring as part of our unified SuperOps.ai platform, so MSPs can offer more services to their clients without adding on more tools. This is in keeping with our promise to MSPs that we will always listen to them, co-build with them, be transparent, provide them with first-class support, not tie them down with contracts, and help them grow. Our goal is to keep developing our platform further so that it can keep supporting MSP ambitions as they take on increasingly complex IT challenges.”

SuperOps.ai also is scaling partnerships with vendors in areas including cybersecurity, payments and data backup to ensure MSPs have 360-degree technology support. The company will also be investing in community-led initiatives aimed at helping MSPs in areas beyond technology.

Also this month, the company announced it has hired MSP industry veteran Juan Fernandez its new channel leader. In his new position, Fernandez will play a crucial role in advancing SuperOps’ channel strategy, enhancing partner relationships and expanding the company’s global presence.
