BCN expanded its SD-WAN portfolio by adding Cisco Meraki.

The technology solution provider can now give customers and partners the option of Cisco Meraki or VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions. The added choice allows businesses to more specifically meet their network requirements.

“Matching business requirements with the specific attributes of an SD-WAN solution is the foundation of a successful deployment,” said BCN President and Chief Operating Officer Julian Jacquez. “BCN’s SD-WAN service portfolio can now satisfy a full spectrum of requirements in the areas of connectivity, prioritization and conditioning, security and application awareness.

BCN, which specializes in multilocation and multinetwork customers, partners with more than 75 network providers that can provide connectivity for SD-WAN. Those connectivity options range from DIA, DSL, and cable to 4G LTE.

“BCN technical engineering resources will work hand-in-hand with our sales partners and customers to design the best-fit solution,” Jacquez said.

BCN moved into a new office in Boca Raton, Florida, to accommodate staff growth. The company last week announced a team-up with the B2N UCaaS provider netsapiens.

We’ve seen Cisco-related networking partnerships in the news quite a bit this year. TPx Communications last month added Cisco Meraki to its managed services product portfolio, and two companies announced that they’ll be harnessing Cisco Viptela for their SD-WAN solution.
