Broadvox now offers a cloud-based voice and collaboration service it’s calling Hosted Communications.
The platform combines voicemail, Web collaboration, video, instant messaging, presence, fax and phone services. They’re accessible over devices including PCs, Macintosh computers, mobile phones and IP desk phones. Hosted Communications also scales along with a company’s growth, Broadvox said.
In terms of connectivity, SMBs and enterprises may use their own broadband or choose from services offered through Broadvox. Then, end users select from a range of rate and usage plans, and IP phones, and, further, may mix and match features.
Hosted Communications brings all of a companys collaborative and communication applications together, improving employee responsiveness and productivity,” said Mike Gruszka, director of product management at Broadvox.
