COMLINK Joins String of Providers Launching MasterStream

Competitive service provider COMLINK said on Friday it will deploy Salestream Software’s MasterStream-UNITY partner relationship management platform.

COMLINK is among several providers recently to sign with Salestream. Last month, Broadvox, Integra and XO also launched Masterstream.

“The increased functionality, speed and ease of use provide our channel partners and agents a rapid service quote and order tool for our … broadband, cloud computing, and data-center products and services,” said Barry Raterink, COMLINKs vice president of business development.

COMLINK said it will use Masterstream to automate the entire quote-to-order process, including pre-sales contact management, for each of its channel managers, master agents and subagents. Masterstream further will quote not only COMLINK’s on-net services, but off-net ones as well.
