DSCI Corp., a facilities-based hosted communications provider, is expanding its channel management team with the addition of Shaun Duffy as a channel partner manager.

Duffy brings more than 25 years of sales and channel management experience to his new role at DSCI.  In the past 18 months, he worked for a streaming media startup he founded called Rinkview. Prior to that, he was a partner channel manager at XO for four years and a national channel manager at MCI Worldcom for three years.  Earlier in his career, he held various sales roles for Global One, Sprint and New York Telephone.

Duffy joins two other partner managers, Scott DiMella and Simon Allen. They report to Shawn Day, who was promoted to director of sales in March to oversee expansion of the indirect sales channel.

DSCI’s partner program started in 2003 and has about 30 agents.

Our partner program grew significantly in 2011, and were on track to do the same in 2012,” said Day. Thats why Im delighted to have Shaun on board. Adding another highly experienced channel manager will help ensure that our agents have all the support they need to continue to grow and thrive.”

Founded in 2000, DSCI serves  more than 1,100 organizations across New England.  Its services include hosted voice, video, messaging and collaboration solutions delivered on a single network as well as high-capacity Internet and data services to connect single or multiple sites.
