CHANNEL PARTNERS EarthLink Business (Booth 3011) said it has signed an 18-site hosted voice and MPLS network deal in Washington, D.C., thanks to master agency Converged Network Services Group (CNSG).

CNSG’s Ali Niroo, a CNSG franchise owner and the company’s top producer, sold the solution to RE/MAX Realty. The real estate group had an outdated phone system that imposed high maintenance costs and used a data center that had to be managed by the firm’s IT staff. Niroo solved the problems with EarthLink’s hosted voice PBX, getting rid of the need for a data center, and he included a meshed voice, data and hardware platform that cut costs.

"Providing access to all sites was a big challenge for an opportunity this large, and EarthLink had the MPLS network access options we needed to win the business," Niroo said. EarthLinks ability to deliver MPLS with CoS over a dedicated ADSL circuit allowed for lower network access costs without sacrificing performance. This is a game-changer.”
