PAETEC Holding Corp. has achieved the Cisco Master Managed Services Certification, which recognizes PAETECs investment in the ITIL processes, practices and tools necessary to provide high-quality managed services.

This certification assures our customers that their data and solutions are being hosted on top-of-the-line equipment, allowing us to better serve their business communication needs, while enabling them to meet their organizations core objectives,” said John Chapman, chief marketing officer at PAETEC.
