ProSpeed.net Teams with Verizon

New Hampshire-based Prospeed.net Inc. (Booth 2058) has signed a master service agreement with Verizon Communications Inc..

The partnership gives Prospeed.net agents access to Verizon’s optical network, which features point-to-point, dedicated private line and Ethernet service. Prospeed.net, a CLEC, now offers backbone optical networking circuits that provide a dedicated path through the network with a variety of available throughput options.

Verizon’s Transparent LAN Service also pushes data communications at native LAN speeds between two or more sites in many Verizon-served metropolitan areas. It supports 10mbps basic Ethernet, 100mbps fast Ethernet and 1gbps Gigabit Ethernet.
