QOS Networks has tapped a new vice president of channel sales.

Michael Brennan will serve the managed network services provider’s partner base. The Irvine, California-based company said it “develop and expand” its relationship with master agents. Those partners include Intelisys, CNSG and Sandler Partners. QOS Networks is a former agent that pivoted toward SD-WAN and the provider side five years ago. It now partners with MSPs, agents, VARS and OEMs (such as VMware).

“I am excited to join the rapidly growing QOS team and to bring their impressive suite of network solutions to our agent community,” Brennan said. “The channel is poised for massive growth in the SD-WAN space and I see our partners chomping at the bit to work with a tech enabled MSP who has been working in it for years.”

Brennan most recently served as Windstream’s vice president of strategic partner development.

Brennan spent eight years at Earthlink, which Windstream acquired in 2017. Windstream promoted him to head of national and strategic programs in 2017. A QOS news release credits him for driving “partner participation, revenue growth, and market penetration.”

“Michael brings an impressively successful track record of working with the channel community to design and develop their network solutions practices. We’re excited to welcome him to the team and to expand our reach within the channel,” QOS Networks CEO Frank Cittadino said.

Cittadino this summer told us about the five-year contract it inked with the State of California – its first public-sector customer.

Deloitte last week named QOS the 94th company on its Technology Fast 500 list. The vendor said its revenue has grown 1,418% since 2015. QOS also made it into the Inc. 5000 again.
