TPx Taps TBI, Windstream Alums as New Channel Managers

Managed services provider TPx has a pair of new channel managers to join its growing nationwide team.

Victoria Kleinman is based in Orlando and Suzy Stuchell in Miami. Both will support partners in Florida.

Kleinman has many years of experience in channel management, sales and training, and advising on cloud, security and managed networks. Her work background includes stints at TBI, EarthLink, Nextiva and Evolve IP. In her new role, she is tasked with recruiting, on-boarding, training and supporting partners in central and northeastern Florida, as well as the Panhandle.

“I was referred to TPx by a former co-worker who spoke very highly of the company, and upon doing further research and speaking to other colleagues, I decided to relocate to Orlando for this position … ” said Kleinman. “TPx has unique offerings in its UCx and SD-WAN solutions as well as its support, and I’m truly enjoying playing a role in its expansion and working with partners in the Florida market to win more business and grow revenue together.”

Stuchell has spent 20 years in channel and business management, and sales. She has managed, recruited, trained and supported partners for Charter, Windstream and AT&T, to name a few. Her coverage area will be South Florida.

With the hirings of Kleinman and Stuchell, TPx now is approaching 40 channel managers around the country to help partners sell its UC, managed IT and managed security services. The company last summer realigned its service provisioning organization, creating an exclusive team dedicated to processing service orders and installations for TPx’s agent partners and their clients nationwide.

That nationwide expansion began in earnest in 2016 when it bought DSCI, the managed IT services provider with an East Coast presence. TPx, formerly TelePacific Communications, is based in Los Angeles.
