The Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC) (Booth #1407 at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo) Partner Program has tripled the size of its in-region channel sales support staff.

TWCBC has seen substantial growth” in its partner and sales volumes, the company said, and has hired more personnel to accommodate those increases. TWCBC also has rolled out a new order management and tracking platform integrated into its CRM application.

As the size and scope of our program grows, so too does our commitment and investment in localized support that is devoted to the channel,” said Jim Delis, TWCBCs vice president of national sales. This in-the-field approach is consistent with TWCBCs company-wide emphasis on providing fast, efficient and localized sales and customer service support.”

Vincent Helfrich, vice president of long-time TWCBC sales partner TeleDomani Inc., agreed.

Having access to local contacts in each of TWCBCs regions is critical to the success of their Partner Program,” Helfrich said. These resources give us an ability to truly service our agent partners, and their clients in the timeframes that they have come to expect when working with TeleDomani.”

TWCBC formally unveiled its new structure at the Spring 2011 Channel Partners Conference & Expo. TWCBC agents sell products including high-speed Internet access, voice services and fiber Ethernet connectivity.
