Security solution provider Arbor Networks Inc. announced Tuesday enhancements to its Advantage Partner Program, including a new tiering structure designed to support partner ramp-up.
The updated program includes four levels Authorized, Advantage, Premier and Elite and is designed to enable partners to easily move up to a higher level and greater benefits, privileges and profit opportunities. These benefits include deal registration, marketing support, sales and technical training and lead referrals. The enhanced program also introduces product specializations for partners that wish to become technically proficient in specific products.
All partners who join the Arbor Advantage Partner Program start at the Authorized level. Requirements include a completed and approved partner application, signed reseller agreement with defined territory and products and a minimum of one new product sale every six months.
The Advantage level is for Arbor partners who are experienced in delivering the Arbor solutions and have an ongoing commitment to sell and market its products. Additional requirements include completion of a business plan, specialization in one or more Arbor products and a semi-annual business review.
Premier partners have proven success with Arbor solutions and are recognized as experts in those offerings. In return they have access to enhanced sales, marketing and engagement opportunities. Premier partners receive an optimal mix of benefits including added marketing funds and back-end incentives. Additional requirements include specialization in two or more Arbor products (including minimum targets for both), demo unit and lab appliance purchase, authorized support partner and annual purchase commitment.
Elite partners consider Arbor solutions a critical component of their business, provide the highest contribution to Arbor and have invested significantly in sales and technical skills development and certification. Elite partners receive the highest level of benefits in the Arbor Advantage Partner Program. Additional requirements include the sales and support of the full portfolio of Arbor products, a minimum of four new customer accounts per year and an annual purchase commitment.
Arbor’s solutions address the needs of enterprises, service providers, data center and cloud operators. Its Pravail solutions deliver the situational awareness and security intelligence that enterprise and government networks require to better detect and mitigate internal and external threats, the company said. Designed for service providers and global enterprises, the Peakflow platform is a network-wide infrastructure security and traffic-monitoring platform delivering DDoS protection, actionable insight into application management and traffic engineering, and a platform for managed security services.
