Cloud information security solutions provider SilverSky has launched a new platform, combining Perimeter E-Security and USA.NET to provide managed services providers (MSPs) with a unified security-as-a-service platform. How can this new solution assist you? Here are the details.

SilverSky's security-as-a-service platform manages, secures and monitors customers’ vital information assets. The following features are available through the solution:

  • Email protection suite — The company's email protection suite safeguards email through email archiving, email continuity, email encryption, email security and email DLP.

  • Network protection suite — Key services in this suite include vulnerability management, Web security, log management, mobile device management and brand protection.

  • Managed application services — Through the company's managed application services, SilverSky will manage email, with a set of cloud services, including Microsoft Exchange, Lync and SharePoint.

  • Managed security services — The company's suite of managed security solutions and services includes: event monitoring and response, managed firewall, IDS/IPS, and VPN remote user access.

In the past four years, SilverSky has invested more than $20 million to develop cloud-based security software that safeguards the information assets of thousands of leading enterprises and regulated businesses. During this time period, the company, according to a statement, satisfied the most demanding regulations and audit standards. All of SilverSky's services are hosted in the United States.
