Adaptiva has updated its Global Channel Partner Program to keep up with demand for its peer-to-peer systems management technology.

Adaptiva's Jim SoudersThe program now offers three categories of partnership – Gold, Silver and Bronze – which deliver joint go-to-market programs and benefits to partners at each level. Members will receive “refreshed, streamlined and simplified” discounts and tools, including a new partner web portal, according to the company. Top partners include HP Enterprise, Avanade, Accenture, Dimension Data and Fujitsu.

Jim Souders, Adaptiva’s COO and channel chief, tells Channel Partners that to meet surging market demand, “we are refreshing and scaling our partner program to make it easier for new partners to join and ensure our partners have the tools needed to be successful.”

“The urgent need for more rapid deployment of software and security updates has placed a strain on IT departments that are trying to keep pace with the requirements of their enterprise,” he said. “The launch of Windows 10, in particular, is pushing large enterprises to look for solutions that can increase the speed of software distribution while reducing the infrastructure costs and administrative effort needed to deploy it.”{ad}

Adaptiva has more than 40 partners currently enrolled in the program. Of those, 10 percent are Gold, 25 percent are Silver and the rest are Bronze or marketing partners. They range from large organizations like Accenture to smaller regional firms.

“By creating a tiered partner structure, it’s easier for us to onboard new partners with clear expectations for the commitments required of both Adaptiva and our partners,” Souders said.

The program is built around Adaptiva’s suite of systems management products, including: Adaptiva OneSite, a peer-to-peer content distribution system for enterprise software distribution and management; Client Health, an endpoint security engine for speeding device security health checks, troubleshooting and remediation; and Green Planet, an add-on tool for energy-efficient power management and anytime software patching.

“We wanted to put all the information our partners needed to sell our products at their fingertips,” Souders said. “This update to the partner program makes it easy for partners to find sales tools, marketing resources, opportunity submission forms, technical information and training, and all the contacts within Adaptiva they need to be successful. While our partner program has been very successful to date, we are always looking for ways to boost our partners’ success and this portal does that.”

Partners are increasingly rewarded at each level while receiving “hands-on” sales, marketing and 24/7 technical support, Adaptiva said.

“Gartner predicts that 50 percent of enterprises will start Windows 10 deployments by January 2017,” Souders said. “This demand is a key factor that has contributed to our 165 percent increase in annual OneSite product sales revenues in the first half of 2016. We are confident that our partners will be pleased with the new opportunities for increased sales and co-marketing success that we have laid out in this update.”
