Cloud-based contact center solutions provider 3CLogic has announced a new technology integration with Lime Light CRM.

3CLogic and Lime Light CRM will provide marketers with cloud-based inbound, outbound and blended call center tools to help them streamline their campaigns and order management processes.

Lime Light CRM provides a marketing analytics and reporting platform that can:

  • Accept many major currencies

  • Automate daily tasks

  • Generate high volume transactions across multiple countries

  • Streamline the creation and management of direct marketing campaigns

3CLogic offers a cloud software solution that is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and gives businesses a 360-degree view of their customer interactions.

The company noted the new integration will provide Lime Light CRM users a complete view of their customer interactions via chat, email, voice and social media channels and allow them to fully leverage the cloud.

“This partnership with 3CLogic will provide our mutual clients with advanced technology that will bring a whole new perspective to their entire customer service process, and we’re very excited since it adds great value to the services we provide,” Lime Light CRM founder Rick Del Rio said in a prepared statement.

Raj Sharma, 3CLogic’s CEO, also commented on the partnership:

“We are truly excited to partner with Lime Light. Combining our Virtual Telephony Application Grid-based (V-TAG-based) contact center solutions with Lime Light’s CRM simply makes for a more powerful solution.”

3CLogic said the integration could help Lime Light CRM users improve their one-call resolution levels as well.
