The Women in Tech Summit, now in its fourth year, comes to Washington, D.C. for the first time on Saturday, March 19. We sat down with Tracey Welson-Rossman and Theresa Caragol, who are among the women organizing and leading the summit, to talk about community-building, education and women helping women.
