Vendors continue to roll out new and updated contact center solutions that channel partners can sell.

Channel_Futures_Signature_Series_Logo-300x300.pngIt’s obvious that contact center solutions are in high demand. One study predicted that the market will reach $72 billion by 2027. With that in mind, companies like Windstream and Vonage fine-tuned their contact center products and services last month to give customers more features. We’re seeing more AI features, and more and more omnichannel functionality.

In addition, SD-WAN features heavily in this recap of last month’s new products and services. For example, HPE-owned Aruba illustrated how it integrated Silver Peak’s solutions into its edge services platform. And NetFortris announced an at-home SD-WAN solution. SD-WAN and CCaaS/UCaaS have both emerged as highly popular offerings for both the traditional telco/connectivity channel and the managed IT services channel.

If you’re interested in more than just UC and network, fear not. There’s plenty here for you. Microsoft and Intel both unveiled new products, and the rebranded SolarWinds MSP unit unveiled a new integration.

Our new services roundup touches on more than just the vendors. We covered two executive agencies that are helping agents sell more to end customers.

Not every story made it into our recap. For example, Lenovo and Nutanix teamed up to launch an as-a-service hosted desktop solution, and IBM introduced new container-native storage solutions.
