5LINX Acquires Kancharla Wholesale Services Group

5LINX Enterprises announced it’s acquired Kancharla Corp.’s Wholesale Services Group. That includes business, residential, E911, DID Services, and the A-Z Origination/Termination portion of the group.

5LINX says it will immediately begin offering these services through GLOBALINX, its wholly owned subsidiary. Kancharla will continue to offer the standalone and branded versions of its LeftSeat Billing/OSS software solution.

GLOBALINX will gain a multitude of synergies, geographic diversity as well as additional redundancy with the acquisition of Kancharla’s wholesale and origination/termination services.

GLOBALINX claims to be a one-stop shop for telecommunications products and services including digital home and business phone services, including Hosted PBX and SIP Trunking solutions, the company’s exclusive VideoPhone that enables callers to see each other as they speak, Wi-Fi phones and broadband internet service to customers throughout the U.S. and abroad.
