AccessLine Communications, a provider of hosted and managed voice services, said today it has expanded its VoIP portfolio with its new VoIP Volume Service for business, available on a wholesale basis. The company says carriers are its primary target, but the product also can be sold to integrators or large enterprises needing bulk transport.

AccessLine runs VoIP calls over its own network; VoIP Volume Service is available throughout North America for call origination/termination both wholesale and direct.

“Carriers and operators of large-scale call centers need to carefully manage and optimize their telecommunications costs,” says Doug Johnson, president and CEO of AccessLine. “They need a ‘carrier’s carrier,’ a network provider that can rapidly and flexibly optimize their network configuration and costs, taking advantage of the latest and best technology. VoIP Volume Service delivers that.

VoIP Volume Service eliminates a number of end-user infrastructure costs. AccessLine also handles installation, management and support.
