Los Angeles-based AireSpring, the voice and cloud services provider, has unveiled AireContact, an all-in-one virtual cloud-based software and network solution – designed to support the dynamic needs of enterprise businesses.
The company says AireContact provides an alternative, full-service, enterprise-class contact center solution that is reliable and cost-effective.
“AireContact’s cloud-based contact center solution provides customers fully managed connectivity, end-to-end QoS and support, and SLA guarantees 24x7x365, enabling fully flexible, feature-rich capabilities that deliver consistent voice quality as well as a highly reliable solution for small, medium, and enterprise businesses seeking to improve their customer outreach and support requirements,” said Daniel Lonstein, AireSpring COO.
AireSpring says AireContact provides a comprehensive, full-service, end-to-end solution that quickly enables companies to manage and respond with both in- and out-bound call center solutions. It includes enhanced calling features that integrate with an array of social media platforms and deliver online customer support.
Network capabilities are provided and supported by AireSpring’s MPLS and managed IP network, providing to customers what the company says is access to unique, custom-designed solutions regardless of location.
AireSpring recently acquired hosted contact-center provider simplyCT and fortified its next-gen software capabilities with its managed end-to-end network to bring AireContact to market.
