AireSpring (Booths 207-209) announced is expanding of its agent channel management team to handle the companys 425 percent growth over the past 18 months.

AireSpring will be adding five more regional agent managers nationwide, bringing the total to eight. The company says the added resources will allow it to continue expanding, while maintaining its high standard of service.

Our highly aggressive rates and commissions are continuing to result in more and more agents turning to AireSpring for our agent program and telecom products, says Daniel Lonstein, senior vice president of sales and marketing for AireSpring. However, we pride ourselves on the support we offer not only to customers via our new Premier Support Program, but also the individualized attention we give to each and every one of our agents.

Agent managers provide their agents with support, from training agents and subagents to working directly with the agent and their clients to ensure each deal is a fit. This relationship has proven to increase agent sales closing rates, says Lonstein.
