CHANNEL PARTNERS Advanced Integrated Technologies Inc. (AITech) (Booth #1231 at the Fall 2011 Channel Partners Conference & Expo), a national provider of voice, data, equipment and managed IT services, is debuting its hosted PBX and SIP trunking product.
AITech said its service features some distinctions. First, the company monitors jitter, latency and packet loss at the customer premise to identify potential problems. Such proactive monitoring works even on non-AITech bandwidth, such as over a cable connection, the Minnesota-based company said. Second, the new services virtually eliminate startup costs for end-users there is no longer a large capex commitment to take advantage of IP services, AITech said.
To aid in service provisioning, AITech recently added several GENBAND session border controllers to its network. Executives said the network upgrades have resulted in substantial” PBX compatibility improvements.
Finally, AITech emphasized its goal of maintaining close contact with agent partners selling its hosted PBX and SIP trunking service.
This product has been developed in response to the agent community struggling with the low-cost providers subpar service and support, which is resulting in a high customer loss rate,” said Lorri Wolfe, vice president of AITech. The agent community will not reach their full revenue potential if their providers cant keep their customers happy post-sale.”
To that point, commissions on sales of AITechs hosted PBX and SIP trunking product start at 20 percent.
