Alteva has upgraded its cloud Advanced Call Center product.
The company said this week its platform now provides real-time and historical data on agent and queue activity, usage and performance, as well as a Web-based client that handles calls more efficiently.
Other Advanced Call Center features already included automatic call distribution, queuing that eliminates busy signals, and IVR and auto-attendant.
