Abeo ships with a pre-built model of common IP services, customers, network elements and the ability to embed rules governing technical and business issues. It is modifiable to reflect the service provider’s operational environment.

* TeleKnowledge (www.teleknowledge.
com) announced the availability of Total-e 4.0, the latest version of its billing and revenue management platform. Key enhancements in Total-e 4.0 include comprehensive branding and virtual operations support, intelligent scalability and load-balancing for high-volume processing and improved developer tools designed to further reduce implementation lead time and cost.

Total-e 4.0 enables service providers to create distinct groups of customers, service offerings, price plans and payment terms to match their enterprise brand strategy, all within a single billing database. This capability also can be used to create tailored branded offerings on behalf of external channel partners to further extend the service provider’s market reach and increase indirect revenue streams.

Total-e 4.0 also introduces TeleKnowledge’s innovative Dynamic Multi-Instance Server Architecture, designed to deliver superior performance and scalability in high-volume bill processing environments. Preliminary performance testing indicates that Total-e 4.0 can support more than 15 million subscribers and process more that 100 million usage events per day.
