BandTel Unveils VAR Program

BandTel LLC, a provider of SIP trunking services, unveiled Monday its new VAR program.

The commission-based program has two options to choose from with each new customer agreement. The first allows VARs to receive 15 percent of each customers total usage cost on a monthly basis. The second allows resellers to receive 10 percent of each customers total usage cost on a monthly basis and a cash bonus equal to the customers third month billing.

Resellers can offer their customers one or two year BandTel service agreements.

BandTel has been very successful in establishing itself as a SIP trunking leader and has become known for providing a fail-safe, cost-effective network to leading gateway, IP PBX and firewall manufacturers. We want our channel partners to experience the same level of success, said Chris Dunk, CEO of BandTel.

VARs will be offered a Web-based education program, part of the Web site, www.sipeducation.com. There VARs will have access to information on SIP trunking, regional seminars and weekly Webinars among other tools.

Other program elements include access to TotalView service — a Web-based portal designed to give BandTel resellers access to their customers call usage and payment history. It also provides them with sales reporting information such as commission and revenue-management tools.
