BCN, the technology solutions provider, continues to make changes at the executive level.
Andrew Rosen now is the company’s vice president of operations and IT services. It’s a shift from his previous role as VP of billing and IT services. Rosen now is responsible for account provisioning, order processing, end-user billing and payment processing, as well as maintenance and repair. His expanded role also tasks him with functionality of BCN’s back-office system, operation of customer and agent web portals, and IT infrastructure. As if that’s not enough, he’s responsible for managing the company’s managed IT services and VoIP engineering departments.
BCN’s Jeanne Duca
Jeanne Duca, formerly vice president of marketing, also has a new title. She’s now BCN’s VP of brand, enablement and experience. It’s an expanded role for Duca, who will not only continue her focus on development and nurturing of the BCN brand, but will develop and execute pre- and post-sale enablement programs for special pricing and cost analysis audits, and customer experience.
Rosen and Duca will team with Michael Ginsburg, VP of sales, to design and implement strategies that support more engagement with BCN’s partner community.
“As the company’s three key vice presidents, Michael, Andrew and Jeanne are uniquely positioned to continue BCN’s forward momentum,” said Julian Jacquez. BCN president and chief operating officer. “We fully expect that their deep understanding of not only their key functional areas, but also of our partner and customer audiences, will significantly contribute to our ongoing success. This is an exciting time for our company and we look forward to the leadership they will individually and collectively provide.”
Monday’s news comes one week after BCN said Richard Boudria Jr. would take over as company chairman. His father, Richard “Dick” Boudria, died last month; the elder Boudria was chairman until his passing. Boudria Jr. succeeded his father as CEO a year ago.
