BCN Solutions Express Debuts VoIP Division

The company will market SIP, hosted and UC products through its channel partners.

CHANNEL PARTNERS BCN Solutions Express (Booth #1527 at the Fall 2011 Channel Partners Conference & Expo) this week launched a new VoIP division to market SIP, hosted and UC solutions through channel partners.

The company offers multiple vendors platforms so agents have a range of VoIP and UC products for SMBs, enterprises and call centers.

Weve assembled a group of VoIP products and UC solutions that integrate non-real-time communications with real-time services such as instant messaging, presence, video conferencing and data sharing,” said Tom McCrosson, CEO of BCN Solutions Express. These are cutting-edge products that will give our agents something new and compelling to market at very competitive price points.”

Support for partners includes product training, customer needs assessment, sales engineering and back office help. Plus, McCrosson said, BCN Solutions Express technical, provisioning and support personnel have internal processes and best practices for engineering, installing and supporting BroadSoft and open-source platforms, as well as Microsofts hosted UC platform, which BCN Solutions Express should debut this fall.

BCN Solutions Express has sold voice and data products to business customers exclusively through channel partners since its founding in 2000. The company has been a VoIP and SIP trunk provider since 2007. More recently, BCN Solutions Express has been developing SIP and hosted VoIP products that extend beyond its traditional VoIP offerings.
