BCN Telecom has narrowed its executive leadership team from five to three in what it calls a realignment.

None of the three existing members is new to the team, but two will be working in new roles.

Richard Boudria Jr. – not to be confused with CEO Dick Boudria – is the new president. He’s been working in the company since 2006 and most recently served as executive vice president.

Julian Jacquez Jr., also an executive VP, is the company’s new chief operating officer. BCN says the long-time employee will manage a list of tasks, including network carrier relationships and product development.{ad}

Richard Schmeling remains chief financial officer – a role he has filled since 2003.

CEO Dick Boudria said the leadership team will continue the company’s corporate growth and brand presence in the agent channel.

“The new executive team will capitalize on their knowledge, expertise and experience in delivering customer configured solutions to larger multi-location businesses,” he said. “The tremendous growth we have experienced as a company is due in large part to their strong commitment to ensuring the success of BCN, their understanding of our overall business and the deep expertise they bring to their individual areas of responsibility.”

Tom McCrosson and John Kean Jr. are no longer members of the leadership team, although both remain at BCN. Kean still serves as an executive advisor, and McCrosson continues to serve as CEO of BCN Solutions Express, a strategic partner of BCN Telecom.
