Billing Concepts Names President

Billing Services Group LLC (Booth 211) has appointed Don Philbin as the president of Billing Concepts Inc.

Philbin brings over 15 years of experience to the post, and has been closely associated with Billing Concepts since the companys inception in 1988, where he has held the titles of COO and general counsel. During his tenure with the company, Philbin has overseen almost every department and implemented the Customer First initiative, for customer service

Under his supervision, the company has seen results that include the doubling of sales activity, the introduction of new products and the movement of Billing Concepts from a mature company to a dynamic growth company as it saw its operating income almost double.

Don is an integral component to the success Billing Concepts has seen over the years, says Patrick Haynes, CEO of Billing Services Group. His leadership, experience and industry relationships are some of our companys finest assets. Don has been running the operations of the company for several years and this acknowledges the increased external role that he will have with Billing Concepts.
